Chef de Cuisine
Joe is the chef de cuisine for Silver Apricot. Born and raised in Tennessee, Joe has been in kitchens since he was 17. Over the last decade in New York City, he’s worked in popular kitchens across the city like Roberta's and Pizza Moto, and was previously a sous chef and farm manager for Century Harvest Farm in Tennessee. He is thrilled to be able to bring his emphasis on produce and seasonality, as well as fine-dining techniques to the kitchen at Silver Apricot.
